J Potts Logistics Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House 12902676), with registered office in Carlisle, CA2 7XD.
Site use
- This site provides information about our operation, recruits drivers, and links to our internal ops portal at ops.jpottslogistics.co.uk.
- The ops portal is for authorised users only (admin, ops managers, drivers we engage with).
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data, or interfere with normal operation.
Driver applications
Submitting an application via /apply is not a guarantee of engagement. We review applications and respond within 48 hours during normal business days. Successful applicants are issued a separate sub-contractor / self-employment agreement that governs the working relationship.
Liability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't warrant it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability we can't lawfully limit (death, personal injury, fraud).
Intellectual property
Site content, design and copy are © J Potts Logistics Ltd. Logos and brand marks of carriers (DPD, DX, DHL, InPost) referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate operational relationships.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
