Where we started
One van, one route, picked up out of Carlisle in early 2019. We did the work, watched what was broken across the industry, and decided we'd run our operation differently.
Where we are
32 active drivers. Multi-FD operations across DPD, DX, DHL and InPost. Bespoke ops platform built in-house — every driver, route, contract and pound is tracked properly, not lost in WhatsApp threads.
Where we're going
By April 2027 we want to be acquisition-ready: clean books, clean compliance, clean data. The platform we've built is the moat — it lets us scale to 60+ drivers without doubling the back office, and gives any future buyer a turn-key operating system.
